Hi there, you might like to visit the Motley fool website where they have a lot
of info regarding operation a properly run
share group.

Following a course held last August by Online Investors Advantage (USA) about
investing in  options and shares in USA,
three share clubs formed out of the 95 people who attended.  I find them very
supported and worthwhile.
