Hey guys and gals; how about these questions: what is AQL going to pay for Commsoft? Is most of the value going to the private shareholders in the listing transaction? Or will shares in AQL be issued to existing shareholders in Commsoft. Actually the last is the most likely option. No greater indication of a bubble - price is irrelevant but industry (IT etc) is. I know both companies. Commsoft is profitable, at least before interest charges to Strathmore and associated parties. The product is actually a bit better than Telemedia's - but range not as great. However, TMN in position to raise a lot of cash now to get best programmers and road warriors (teleco international salesmen). Commsoft won't go high until listed on ASX and delisted in NZ which I bet is the medium term plan. NZSE listing a stepping stone without having to satisfy the ASX requirements for a new float. Please be advised that builders (chippies) here in London are earning 600 - 800 pounds a week. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.sharechat.co.nz/ New Zealand's home for market investors To remove yourself from this list, please us the form at http://www.sharechat.co.nz/forum.html.
