James B I emailed them a couple of days ago about their shareholder benefits (rebecca.little@cdlhms.co.nz). If you have 1000 shares (~$250.00) you get 50% off rates. Now I sayed in the Queenstown Corpthorne and I can tell you it's beautiful, and its only a 4 star hotel, imagine the Mellinium hotel (5 star). And 50% off makes it a real tempting share just for the fact that you get such great discounts. Discounting the actual shares, you reap the benefit after only 4 nights at the Copthorne @$150.00. Comments on buying shares only for their shareholder benefits would be interesting.
