Rights issue ratio 7 for 3 to raise $10.5m if rights are taken up at issue
price for new shares at 5cps.  A bonus option at 1 for 6 ,exercisable at 20c
on or before 30/11/01 ,and 1 free option for every  6 new shares taken up.
