I have been holding EBT since it was first spun off from Coms21 about 9 months ago To be honest I had given up on them and the only reasons i had not sold them sooner was because i was too lazy :) Well obviously i am a happy chappy now.. I do think the business is sound (hey, they do have revenue) although I think there is a little uncertainly regarding the aussie govt. banning net gambling. (IMHO they will not do this as they make to much money from it) What i find interesting about ebet is the chance to get hold of more via Coms 21. (ASX:CMZ) Coms21 still own 51% of ebt (if i remember rightly) and are sposed to be distributing the rest of the stock sometime this year..This could present a good opportunity to get EBT stock cheap. Also its very interesting to watch the arbing opportunities that presents itself when ebet trades in NZ... I am sure 90% of the EBT trades that do occur on the NZSE are pure arb plays.
