The bottom lies in my bottom drawer. Seriously I do not know. Asset backing 
last I looked about 3 times share price. I know they have lots of debt and 
interest rates are moving up but 23c for the portfolio of properties they 
own surely is a bargain price. A possible takeover target in a debt 
restruction deal maybe - who knows.
