If that one in 300 chance of finding a billion or so barrels of oil :
 
Buy NOGOB  15000 @ 22c = $3300
Sell NOGOB   15000 @ ca $200  = $3000000     Gain =ca, $3000000

Thats more than lotto, and we get to risk more as well for extra fun.
