[sharechat] AQL shareholders meeting

An update on the much-awaited AQL shareholders meeting. The latest

word is that the meeting is now expected to be called "before Wednesday
8 March" and a Notice of Meeting and Information Memorandum will be sent
to shareholders in mid-February. 

As Bliss shareholders will meet on Monday 6 March to officially approve
the company's acquisition of AQL's Shanghai assets (and the granting of
the one-third holding in Bliss to AQL), I would imagine that the AQL

shareholders meeting is likely to be scheduled for either Tuesday 7
March or Wednesday 8 March.
