Philip,

"Sanfords" = Sanford Securities, brokers, Perth. "CMA" = cash managment a/c, an interest bearing on call bank a/c to which the broker has access. "Download" = in this case , the time it takes for E.trades screens to light up."QAD" = ASX (Ozy stock exchange) code for a co called Quadrant Australia, who/what they are I've no idea yet.
