[sharechat] Service outage tonight Friday 4 February

ShareChat may be unavailable for a short time tonight (Friday 4 Feb) while 
we perform a major software upgrade, in preparation for the new features 
coming to ShareChat soon.

The upgrades will take several hours, but services should continue during 
most of that time.  No mail to the forum will be lost, and the website 
should be unavailable for a short time only.
