Mal, I see you are using 'Outlook Express 5'.   That has quite good 
filtering facilities I believe?    Why not set up a filter that 
searches for the word "Sharechat" in the subject header, then 
moves such mail to a previously created folder create a folder 
'Sharechat' .    This would move all the sharechat mail into the 
sharechat mailbox each time you download new mail.  Your regular 
'inbox' would then just contain your ordinary mail and be free of the 
'sharechat' clutter.  SNOOPY
