Re: [sharechat] Consulting my crystal ball re AQL

My eyes are glazing over, just like with Bruce Judge in 1987. Remember he
collapsed months before
the great share crash and not just before during or after it. He was
juggling Judge Corp, Ariadne,
Renouf and I think a couple of others I can't now remember. No one was
actually making and selling
things it was all paper shuffling and loads of debt. As each deal collapsed
(and this went on for
months) he'd announce a new one of takeover or merger between the
incestuous companies with a
different company being the initiator at even higher share prices further
and further above the market
prices and more and more out of touch with the net asset backing and
average price earnings ratios.
But everyone had ultimate faith because he was Bruce Judge with a brilliant
track record of deal
making even though the analysts and commentators were struggling harder and
harder to understand
what was going on.

Sound familiar yet?

So Bliss is suspended in Australia. Doesn't sound too hopeful. And there's
hundreds of millions of
shares sloshing around with unknown but low net asset backing. And there's
been all sorts of sleight
of hand that Ritchie has told us about; all sorts of discrepancies to be
explained.
Hands up all those companies that have done well in China? did someone say
Milburn? or was it Lion?
or FERNZ .....or....or . Um, doesn't sound too hopeful for the acquarium
does it, besides aquaria are hardly the
cutting edge of technology are they?
Then dear Eric evacuated from Blue Star leaving them lamenting some rather
large losses he left behind him.
And there was the little matter of the insider trading which he decently
paid up on after it was exposed to
public view....but maybe there's a predilection....perhaps...
And sharebroker Mr Ellis said "he was hanging in there" does that sound
like an enthusiastic endorsement or sort of
I've got myself in so deep now I'll have to hang on for the bungy ride.
But I think someone mentioned a tech firm, in Australia, a fast growing Web
designer.....who was it again...
It must be some size to come to the rescue of this little schmozzle,
somebody say the size of Sausage
which is the second largest tech firm in Australia and does that sort of
thing, y'know wbedesign and all that.
Hmmm, I've been following Sausage closely having a substantial parcel of
shares in it and I've never seen any
rumour of a tie up with Bliss/Oceanis/AQL. So it must be someone smaller,
in fact much much smaller if you
look at how the tech firm sizings rapidly tail off in Oz. And yet it has to
big enough to give substance to what,
say 500,000,000 shares at around the 20 cents each you guys have been
chasing them at....

A few people are starting to smell a rat....is something fishy in the state
of Denmark?
