For anyone who is interested in finding out what the HGD's acquisition target - the E-cademy - is all about, it would be worthwhile to pay a visit to its web site (http://www.e-cademy.net). I just had a quick surfing there and liked what I saw. The E-cademy hosts a series of on-line academic courses designed for distance learning in subjects such as math, physics, chemistry, etc. Personally I think that E-cademy has a promising future with its software development and marketing and my thumb is up for HGD if it can push the deal throguh.
