while viewing this announcement with somewhat restrained joy ( I have a
grand total of 300 Spectrum shares) aren't there one or two questions that
need answering. I understood a certain Mr Carr who was the driving force
behind what used to be the smallest listed company on the NZSE, providing
accounting services in a small way in one part of the States, which became
even smaller until it disappeared like the Cheshire cat is now the driving
force behind the Spectrum phoenix? And as someone has pointed out for a
company which aims to take on the world in business to business e-commerce
not having your own website is a bit of a handicap.

Still, I'd better read the text of the announcement and hope to be
converted on the way to Damascus but I'll give the white stick bit a miss,
thanks.
