Hugh,

I agree with you about disclosure, it's pedantic, and assumes everyone tells the truth....it's essential to have a salt shaker at hand when reading anything anywhere about shares.

I too am interested in tangible facts, such as price, trend, volume, averages etc. Fundamentals are it seems to me, the ultimate layman's guessing game, which is why I trade short term. Ultimately share value is a very personal subjective judgement, and there is no doubt that the computer revolution is changing the game...just ask Warren Buffet, or Alan Greenspan.
