Ben, Given that not all readers of this site know that you are long ITC 
would it not be more professional to disclose that you are long this stock, 
and therefore could be considered to be less than neutral in your opinion.  
I note in your postings on Raging Bull you disclose this information, how 
about the same here for the sake of clarity.

I also think that Mr Fergusson's comments are incorrect, instos have been 
sellers, NOT buyers of this stock, not that insto's have been a reflection 
of value anyway.
