[sharechat] Spectrum

Can someone please detail me the shares being offered (1 for 4) for Asian 
Mineral Resources by Spectrum. It did not mention a "as by date" so with the 
decline in share price this morning I presume you needed to be registered by 
last Friday. What are the shares in Asian Minerals worth??
