[sharechat] Access Brokerage is useless

I tried to sell CGB using their online service and I got his reply

FROM BROKER:  these shares cannot be traded until Monday on advice from the
registry, please contact them if you have any questions

That is misleading as I phoned my broker from a different firm and managed
to sell
my shares. Do other online brokers let people trade CGB ?
