Any suggestions on the cheapest way to sell the above shares. I have a estimate from a stock broker that it will cost $300 to sell these which is 10% of the current total value I own.

Any opinions on whether I should hold these or not would also be appreciated. I have had good capital gain from them, however they have stagnated over the last 6 months.....too much money needed for R & D I believe.

I heard a rumour that they are planning to merge again, can anyone confirm this?
