[sharechat] ITC compared to SMR

It appears to me that ITC share price is grossly understated compared to
SMR, that has gone from 15c 17/12/99 to 50c 15/12/99 + 230%,and ITC has
only gone from 31c to 50c +60% over the same time frame. If price parity
was to be maintained ITC should be valued at $1.00+. Maybe a rights
issue is in  order to bring ITC into line?.
Both appear to have very good prospects and leadership.
I note that ITC has been posted as a buy in the USA (refer sharechat Mon
6/12/99 "ahf". Please share your thoughts,
