The last several days have seen a strong performance by the
small-cap internet stocks listed on the NZ Stock Exchange
following a worldwide trend in the high tech stocks, most
notably SMR. It seems that the sky is the limit (or even the
outer space in this high-tech-driven world?). ITC and EPH have
also put on excellent shows, with NGL seems to be the only one
lagging (though it looks building up momentum for a catching
up). I've been jumping on and off the wave several times. Are we
really convinced that these companies will deliver higher return
as the market is anticipating? Or is it yet just a well
constructed bubble which may eventually burst? I would like to
hear the view of others in this forum on the subject.
