ITC is still under value, that is what i will say. But, for ADV,
i couldn't agree with it. Compare with ITC, it is far more risky
to thinking as high profit investment. With Y2K crisis comming
up, it is hard to say what it can do and what it might do. Esp, with
a internet software provide/development company like ADV.
It is not wise to say it won't be affect.

(just my own thought, no offensive)
