Hi Joe,

I believe FER will retain it's dual listed status for the present time.  FER
do have a loyal group of NZ shareholders and dual listing enables the
company to disseminate any company announcements via both stock exchanges
and retain it's profile in both markets.  If FER does, at some stage, close
it's NZ registry they will issue you an Issuer Sponsored Statement so you
can sell your FER holding on the ASX.  You will retain the same number of
shares that you hold on the NZ register.
