Hi, Rick,

I have also some BIL holding, but I do not plan to change to Capital
Notes. Maybe it is more safe in term of dividend in Notes ( if this is
your reason to buy share) but I do hope the move of BIL to Singapore
will improve its share value and prepare to see something new. Any way I
am in the category holding less than $20,000 worth share and may not be
affected seriously from the tax issue.
