I recommend checking out the NBR today. There's an article on Maurice Bryham (one of the founders of PC Direct) who is one of the founding directors of Exo-Net, an e-commerce startup. IT Capital has a 20 per cent stake in Exo-Net and has options to increase that stake to 30 and 35 per cent respectively. Exo-Net's product is "user-friendly e-commerce software with a centralised and integrated data-base". Aimed at small businesses it could well become a runaway success with interest reportedly brewing from Australia, the U.S. Canada and the U.K. Judging from Maurice Bryham's previous track record Exo-Net's future could be extremely bright -- which means IT's investment might considerably increase in value. And I cheerfully declare my interest -- I bought some ITC this morning!
